Founded in 2019, TADO specializes in the research, development, production, and sales of 3-layer titanium composite cookware. Our core team comes from Northwest Nonferrous Metals Research Institute.
TADO is the ONLY manufacturer in China possessing the patented super combustion hardening technology for pure titanium cookware surfaces. This revolutionary process hardens the inner pure titanium layer to HV1200 hardness. Our food-contact titanium products have passed FDA, SGS, and LFGB international certifications.Located in Baoji, Shaanxi – the Titanium Capital of China – our 3,000 square meter facility produces over 1 million pieces of titanium products annually. We support OEM/ODM customization and small batch orders.

With an annual output exceeding 1 million pieces, our production base supports both large-scale OEM orders and flexible small-batch ODM customization, serving brands across Europe, North America, and Asia.

Zero Coating Technology
No chemical coatings – absolutely safe, natural antibacterial properties, corrosion-resistant. The food-contact surface is crafted from over 99.5% pure titanium, an inert material that avoids chemical reactions with acidic, alkaline, or savory ingredients.
Extreme Hardness
Inner titanium layer reaches HV1200 hardness through patented super combustion hardening technology. Can be scrubbed with steel wool and steel brushes without scratching. 35% lighter than traditional stainless steel cookware.
Superior thermal conductivity with 1050 aluminum middle layer ensures even heat distribution. 82% cooking thermal efficiency, 40% higher than standard titanium pans.
